"Housekeeping was attentive. Towels were super soft. Nice, safe property. Bar and coffee shop was convenient. Only negative was the pool was not heated. "

"The shuttle gets full quick. The driver blew past two stops people waving at him. Stopped at one to explain he was full. Wifi is "free" only if you provide name, address, email, phone number for marketing.🤔 Floors are confusing. Example: 2110 is second floor, not 21st, & they don't state floor number or directions to elevator upon arrival. No USB charging ports in rooms. "Alcove" sliding doors can't be opened. Entrance door would not close or lock and could be pushed open without the use of the key card at any time. Inside, the manual dead bolt would not fully engage. The only way to lock the main entry door was the "swing lock" at the top of door. Room clocks are 70 minutes behind. We are provided this service with a smile and thank you's and so forth. "
