"A lovely old property(150 years old) where they have kept some of the original features. I think it is due for an update in a few years but I hope they keep some of the original features. We stayed in the Coastguard cottages which were excellent but connected to the hotel with a covered walkway. The staff were excellent and very obliging. The evening meals were excellent although breakfasts were typical large hotel buffet style.i would still recommend it though."

"Excellent hotel. We booked a superior family room, and it had a additional room for kids with bunk beds and they loved it. Breakfast was a bit late. We went there at 8am and hot food came 20 min later. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. Hotel has very good gym and a small pool which was hogged by a fat family. Hotel is 5 min walk from Durkey Chine section of Bournemouth beach. Its on a cliff and you have to go down. Parking is for 24hrs in a car park behind hotel for £15....
