"Staffs are friendly, helpful and make me feel safe. It’s just opposite to MAYA shopping mall and one ninnman shopping area which are new and fashion. There are live band till night at Think park which is a little bit noisy if you sleep early. wardrobe is a bit small and not convenient for charging plug. Need to download their apps for check in and can connect them via apps to avoid language problem."

"All staff are very friendly and efficient. The food was all lovely and the pool was a great place to cool down, although we would have liked a handrail to aid getting out again. There is no designated bar area so nowhere to sit when coming back to the hotel in the evening, which meant we often purchased drinks at 7-eleven and drank in our room - this is not a negative comment, just an observation."
