"Our family loved staying here. It was hot in Big Bear during our stay and this cottage was great. The property is well located in a very quiet area. The property managers were awesome and their communication was phenomenal. The fairy tale easter eggs were great and my 10 year old daughter loved everyone of them. I would highly recommend this cottage to a family with small children. Thank you guys so much for accomadating our family on a much needed 4th of July getaway."

"We enjoyed staying here as a family of 5. The location was great, an easy walk to the shuttle for tubing and skiiing, a nice little walk to coffee and nearby trail to enjoy the scenery. The owner was very responsive. The cabin is as listed, and met our expectations. Owner went above and beyond preparing for kids with games, step stool, high chair among other things. "

We called the owner to ask about the wifi password when he proceeds to tell us that our reservation was canceled, apparently on December 3.
