"The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. We didn't spend much time in this room since there was no bathroom on that level 2) Second floor has the queen bed (comfy), kitchen and bathroom. This is where we spent 95% of our time. I must say though, workinf in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, ive never seen an over night person at the feont desk wear slippers. Upon our check in and check out days the front desk was amazing and love the service of both day and night staff. "I love the Dupont Circle Hotel, and this is the only place I stay while in DC. Their furniture on my latest stay was looking a little worse for wear, but I think a small spruce up will bring it back to its former glory. Maybe update the carpet and the furniture facings. But the amenities, restaurants, and room service are too notch. The street facing rooms can get a bit noisy. "
