"The unobstructed view is amazing. You can see the Kangaroo hopping around at evening time. The Penthouse is spacious and comfortable. There was some misunderstanding at the beginning as the hotel.com confirmation page showing the jacuzzi when it is actually the Penthouse without jacuzzi but Renee is patient enough to explain the situation to us and even offer us another one. Everything is good except that the bed is not supportive enough for us and the Sofa is tired and need a replacement. "

"For the price, I was a little disappointed. Our room wasn't serviced at all and you had to pay extra if you wanted it to be. For over $300 a night, I would expect at least the bins to be emptied and some fresh body wash. Breakfast was also not included and you had to book and pay the night before and say what time you were going to show up, which when you have a toddler is not always easy to predict.
