"The property was situated in a great location pretty much on the beach!! It had a Cole’s convenience just opposite which was great. For the price we paid - we got a bargain for a weekend of exploring. Though, downside are in the small units, walls are very thin so was awoken both nights by our neighbours at early hours in the morning. "Room is very very clean though old. Bed was perfectly made, linen is super clean& crisp. Room is of good size for 2. Crockery/ cutlery/ microwave/kettle all there if u need. Dish soap/ hand soap/ bath soap/ shampoo all there too. We made use of the room for just a very short time. We spent the night to avoid driving back to Melbourne after the penguin parade. Dedicated parking lot for each room. "

Only 2 little issues: 1) the heating didn’t seem to work properly which made the first night’s stay uncomfortable, and 2) you have to negotiate a rather high and wide step into and out of the shower which is a safety hazard on a wet and slippery floor."
