"We chose the Westin Time Square next of its proximity to the subway lines and the brand name. Westin’s are synonymous with relaxation, quietness, and comfort. The only complaint we have is that we had construction work being done in the room above us. Drilling, hammering etc from 8-5 which was difficult when we were trying to take a nap to prepare for the evening activities."

"Leaning into the art Deco theme. A little dark which may hide the fact that carpeting and walls throughout are outdated in the hallways and the room. The room was fairly dark when with all lights and lamps on making it hard to work in the room but I moved around some lamps to make it better. If you don't care about reading or work then you are set. The shade was lopsided but still able to get the shades down all the way. Blackout curtains. The bed itself is comfortable. "Check-in was quick and the person at the desk was friendly. The bed was super comfy after a long day of walking around. The hotel name didn’t come up on GPS, so it may have recently changed names. The interior does look like it’s been zhuzhed up and it’s cute and cozy. There is street noise that comes in and noise in the hallway, so ear plugs might be necessary if you’re a light sleeper. But overall, the place was great!"

"I loved the style of the property! My husband thought it was "dated", but I felt like the style was intentional and liked it. We asked for extra towels and pillows, and those were brought in a timely manner. Room was clean. Had a hard time in our particular room regulating the heat...it was way too hot so we kicked on the air occasionally. The best part of the Belvedere was the doormen! We had great interactions with them from start to finish!"

"Love the location and how helpful the staff are. Housekeeping could be improved. Our room was dusty even if they “made” our bed hastily. We even tip every day of our 5 day stay but it the room wasn’t neat. The tub needs work too because when you pull the knob to enable the shower, it still gushes out from the faucet and waste water. I also found 2 bed bugs and must be the reason why we both had itchy skin. We thought we were just having dry skin due to winter. I like the hotel’s location and the...
