"Stayed 3 nights here was a beautiful hotel. Great staff and food was to a great standard. Its closer to the south of the island so trips to cable car and sunset town are not far but its around an hour from grandworld and vinwonders in the north of the island. "I booked 2 Ocean View rooms but there are not Ocean View at all. The rooms foce to other building and we saw the roofs only. "If you're from North America you are probably like us and were questioning how a Beat Western is a 5 star hotel. But this hotel was great. Very good value for your money. Had an amazing stay here. Everything so comfortable and clean and safe feeling. The lazy river pool was so nice to float around in the early evening. While it's not the most convenient location the hotel makes up for it in spades. If you're ok with taking a taxi/grab around the city then I highly recommend this place. "

"We are family of 5 - took 2 executive rooms. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Assisted us with anything we needed. For extra services (transportation, attractions) they charged as the market prices without any fees or commissions. Food was ok, we donā€™t eat meat and chicken, they kindly offered us some options.
