The ground floor comprises an open-plan living area including a designer kitchen, dining space, and lounge, as well as a separate rumpus room with a pool table and games to keep the kids entertained. There is a tri-bunk room for the kids, a powder room for convenience, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Up a flight of stairs to the second level, you will find the main bedroom with an ensuite and the main family bathroom. There is a cute attic room containing a bunk bed plus another bedroom with a queen bed. The securely gated backyard offers a fabulous entertaining area with an outdoor setting and a gas BBQ for summer evening dinners. There is a solar-heated pool to cool off in or enjoy a bask in the sun while watching the kids frolic with the pool toys provided. Double garaging accommodates a couple of cars, plus there is parking in the driveway or on the street out front.
You have the best of both worlds here with Hastings St and the main beach a short stroll in one direction and Quamby Place with its renowned restaurants and handy convenience store in the other. It is a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac location yet positioned in close proximity to all that matters when you come to holiday in Noosa. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. This fabulous home now has three TVs installed: a new 65-inch TV in the lounge area, one in the master bedroom, and the third in the pool room area.
All of our properties will include an amenities welcome pack to get you started on your holiday. This includes coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet paper, and bathroom amenities. Additional supplies may then be purchased to replenish this throughout your stay.
