By The Beach Relaxs - 3 Beds 2 Bath-Pool-Tennis-Golf

The 3 bedroom beachside unit has a spacious balcony facing the beach letting in the sea breeze and sound of the waves crashing at night. With direct ocean access and full facilities including outdoor spa, pool, tennis court, gym and a small basketball court to keep you entertained when you are not at the beach. For the kids, there is a playground located 30m and a skateboard park only 80m along a path, which leads to several patrolled beaches, shops, cafes, fuel station and grocery store.
Well-positioned and designed, the apartment is open and breezy and flooded with natural light, while remaining spacious and comfortable with all the facilities.
All three bedrooms have a queen bed, quality linen, fans and good space wardrobe.
The main bedroom has an ensuite, walking robe and TV.
The lounge room has a large TV and internet to sign in to your Netflix account and enjoy movies and entertainment.
The kitchen offers a large fridge, dishwasher, plus stove and oven, and large cooking preparation area leading out to the spacious outdoor dining area.
Laundry is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron board and iron.
A portable cot and a high chair are available upon request during your stay (guests to bring child linen).
Unit is on the 1st floor access by stairs Only - Underground parking for 1 car. Visitor car parking to be use for 2nd car if necessary.
Pristine white sand beaches from Coolum to Marcoola with several patrolled areas – including directly in front of the resort.
3 Golf Course close by, within 10 minutes driving - Twin Waters Golf Club- Maroochy Rive Golf Club & Mount Coolum Golf Club.
Shops, cafes, fuel station and parks are all within walking distance.
10 min drive to popular surfing spots incl First Bay in Coolum or Alex Headland and Mooloolaba’s tourist hub. The renovated Wharf and Sea World are a must to visit.
The hinterland Eumundi Market is a famous spot to bronzing handmade artistic arts and located approx. 30min drive from the resort.
Get your picnic gear for a day out at the Noosa National park surround by stunning beaches.
Australian Zoo is also, a full day entertainment for the whole family.

Great location and complex
We stayed over Christmas and really enjoyed our stay! Great apartment, she left us a bottle of wine and some cookies for the kids which was really lovely. It was close to everything, especially the beach! Our family had a wonderful time and would stay there again!
