200m to peregian beach. Ideal for a family holiday, sleeps up to 9 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee on the huge balcony as you watch the sunrise over the water or enjoy a sunset drink overlooking the lush Noosa National Park. With ocean aspects, hinterland views and outdoor entertainment, this family home is the perfect coastal escape for your next holiday – The property is fully fenced and is perfect for pets (with prior approval)

**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**

Guests will have access to all areas of the house (there are a couple of locked storage cupboards)

We take a separate bond to airbnb, require photo id and a signed rental agreement.

As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.

- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

All pets must be prior approved. There is a $33 per night pet fee, which is paid separately to the accommodation.

No smoking at or on the property. Fines apply.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $10 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond

Best location for a very realistic price
We were looking for a holiday rental close to the beach , clean and pretty enough , accepting pets . We definitely chose the greatest one ! Lovely decor, sea view, house very well equipped! We particularly appreciated the very comfortable bed , crispy white, hotel quality bed linen! Definitely recommend to anyone, and will be back !

Great all round experience
Lovely house, great for big families with plenty of space and areas to kickback, the bathtub was relaxing and the top verandah's day bed was perfect for the ocean views and a book. We found it to be a quick walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants, we hardly used the car.

Great accommodation for a family holiday. Clean, tidy and great location. Only minor suggestion would be a handrail on the lower staircase for Older and young visitors. We took our 10 month old pup with us and pleasantly surprised by how dog friendly the local cafes and bars were
