Our apartment is in the "Seafarer Chase" building. With Caloundra's main street only steps away and short walk to a choice of beaches, you couldn't wish for a better location.
Access to the apartment is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box and your apartment & garage keys after you have booked.
The apartment has secure ground floor parking for one vehicle for the duration of your visit. Access is from the driveway at the rear of the building.
The apartment has three bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed (& Ensuite)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Double Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds
All bedrooms are light and airy with the winter northern sun streaming in. You will be struck by the space and stylish charm throughout
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
The kitchen is modern and well equipped. With cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, it is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.
The dining table seats six. There is a lovely balcony off the lounge room with ocean glimpses and cooling breezes.
