Guest Access:
You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.

Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in).

Check out before 10 AM.

Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.

Nearby Mudjimba beach and Sunshine Coast Airport are just minutes drive away. Head south across the bridge and find yourself at Maroochydore, Sunshine Coasts city center and entertainment precinct or check out popular Cotton Tree, Alexandra Headlands and Mooloolaba beaches, bars, restaurants and cafes.

A NOISE MONITORING DEVICE IS INSTALLED AT THE PROPERTY to ensure guests' compliance with our house rules. Please note the home is located in a quiet residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, it is STRICTLY NOT suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.

HOUSE RULES:
- no smoking
- pets allowed (excluding furniture and carpeted areas in the bedrooms)
- no parties/events
- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking
- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
