Positioned immediately across the road from the Maroochy River mouth, ocean and riverfront parklands.

A residence of three bedrooms, open plan, indoor outdoor living, 2 bathrooms and a private deck of 90m2. Perfectly positioned in the heart of The Esplanade, Cotton Tree. Breathtaking views. Eat alfresco all day, cook on the bbq, take an outdoor shower, swim in the ocean, play in the park, shop til you drop or lounge on the sunbeds with a good book. Be sporty or simply, escape into privacy! An all day deck, you choose shade or sun. A holiday home for romantic getaways or holidays with family and friends!
