"Perfectly clean and comfortable but no privacy. Pet friendly but neighbor allowed their dog to come to fenced yard at all hours which made my 1 dog bark. Not sure if neighbor was owner. Great fenced yard but as I stated, no privacy. Homes close by even in backyard. Fine for families who want to visit from out of town visiting Busch Gardens/Water Country and CW as backyard is entertaining and home is affordable. Just not what we were looking for. "Our family has stayed at a number of VRBO's in this general price range, and we were fairly pleased with each of them. This one was a step above the others. Everything was exactly as advertised. The house is big and as nice as the pictures indicate. Everything was well-maintained and very clean. The surrounding area is beautiful. There were no surprises. "Five of us stayed at this cute little 3 bedroom, very centrally located to everything you’d like to do in the area. Everything was 10-15 minutes away. Very quiet neighborhood (however conveniently located near the dumpsters, they pick up about 7am). The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfortable! Everything you could need to cook at home if you wanted to. Laundry area and supplies were very much appreciated and we went home with clean clothes which is a nice bonus at the end of vacation....

"We stayed here for a wedding, there were seven adults and one toddler and one pup. It was great! Loved all the space, fenced in backyard for the pup and nice yard for kiddo games. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Gorgeous quiet property, clean and well appointed with additional small touches to make for a lovely welcome and stay (eg coffee to get started, shower gel/soap, clocks in bedrooms, nightlights, railings for stairs into property which was really helpful having my 87yr mother with me who has some mobility challenges). Wonderful (lit) dock to enjoy, watching the world (and egrets!) go by. Fabulous local country store nearby and a great central location for exploring the area. Very responsive host....
