"Property was lovely, well kept and plenty of amenities especially the private pool and separate pool house. Surrounding grounds were large and very private. Owner provided a very helpful brochure with all relevant information. My only suggestion would be to have a dining table in the kitchen area instead of one of the sitting areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The house was amazing. Lots of room for everyone. Four living spaces including a giant basement, living room, sunroom and second floor living room. The bedrooms are great and the descriptions are good. One bedroom on the first floor is separate from the master suite; the second floor has three rooms nearby and a bathroom, the master suite (2nd master) on the other side of the (upstairs) living room. The kitchen was very well stocked with staples like soap and sponges and paper goods (not plates). Corelle dishes and plastic dishes for outside. Large pantry. Two kinds of coffee pots (pods and regular) Bbq grill. Games and puzzles Small outdoor green space We did the linen package. Nice to not have to bring stuff but I’m not sure we would rent linens again. The house could use more blankets A word or two about Coastal Club- it’s gorgeous! Flowers and trees. Just perfect. The pool area is fantastic, although the indoor pool got a bit crowded when it rained (pool passes are extra $). The poolside bar and restaurant is only open Thursday thru Sunday no guests allowed on Saturday before check in Rehobeth beach is a great family friendly vacation spot. We actually drove to the beach and boardwalk and were able to park there. We had a mini issue with a circuit breaker and it was attended to very quickly. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful Oh- free coffee tea and hot chocolate in the clubhouse whenever it’s open and they had a library there and a kids playroom. 10/10 "

"Went to Delaware for a baseball tournament and needed a house for a large group, extended family vacation. Had extra people according to the house listing and the owner let us bring the extras for a small charge. Great location….within 10/15 minutes, you could be at a beach, restaurant or store. Owner was great and answered messages/questions in a timely manner. Would stay again 100%!!!"

"The house was beautiful and the owners could not have been nicer. We were a little disappointed in the bedroom configuation. Two of the bedrooms did not have windows so technically they aren't bedrooms. However, we enjoyed our stay and the children (even the children over 20) really liked the amenities and kept them busy all day. All in all we would definitely rent this house again."
