"Very closed to the bus station, which was about 5 mins walk. The hotel is building with old architecture, but with modern updates. It was an easy check-in process. Our room was really nice and spacious. The room was clean, but my blank had a small stain on the blanket. The wifi is really good. There is a public onsen on the lower floor for guests to enjoy. We reserved a 45 mins private onsen for 3200 yen. It was well worth it! The room was roomy and clean. It has a private shower and bathroom....

"One of the best place to experience outdoor onsen at 1800m up in the mountain. Not a lot to do outside winter season if you do not drive. The surrounding is beautiful and an hour drive away from the Snow Monkey Park."

"I want to start off by saying I had a nice visit, I did the half board option and the food was plentiful and very tasty. Lots of variety, the sushi was not good and their take on Western food isn't great but the Japanese food is awesome. 2 different Onsen areas that alternate gender daily so you can try both. "The location is easily walkable to Yuzawa Nakazato and the shuttle to the JR station is convenient. Do not miss out on the dinner buffet! Rooms are adequate for sleeping and the staff is top notch helpful! "

"The hotel is very close to the center of town. They also offer transportation. The staff was super sweet and helpful and the room comfortable. You do sleep on the floor if you get a traditional Japanese room, but it was not bad. The hot springs are not tattoo friendly."
