"Charming, helpful staff and comfortable, welcoming environment for our 4 night stay. Compliments to the chef for excellent breakfasts and dinner. "

Expensive, so you expect a premium service, but housekeeping wasn't performed despite asking for it, breakfast service was very busy and they had run out of some options, toilet didn't flush properly and having to pay extra for parking is an insult. It is a characterless modern hotel building, no charm at all."
