On street parking availble and a 45 mins walk from the centre of Swansea. Chinese Takeaway and pubs within a couple of minutes walk. city centre."

"The property might be in a good location but interiors very basic. Old food in freezer, bin was grubby. Outside space not well utilized like similar properties near by. Felt a lot of money for really not a lot. I've stayed opposite and the house was fantastic, a home from home. This felt very poorly equipped by comparison."
