ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access is a short drive down Ridge Road and Piney Point Dr to the parking lot. While this home does not come with dock access, dock slips are available to rent on a first come first serve basis through the Sky Valley Community Association for an additional fee of $15/day or $100/week. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
