"Lovely hotel and really can’t fault it. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable and a variety of soft/hot drinks and snacks available at no extra cost. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Ate in the restaurant one night and had a great meal - again staff very attentive and friendly. Close to the centre, shops and river. Only word of warning would be do not park at their recommended car park in Pepper Street, it’s a dreadful car park with tiny spaces...

"Amazing! We got a room upgrade to “the studio” which was lovely, clean and spacious. The amenities were great and the room was extremely comfortable.
