The location is great with easy access to attractions in central London. While the room was comfortable, it is in need of an update: the television turns off on its own and window blinds not closing fully. There is always a short queue during check in and check out. Breakfast buffet is very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

I booked this hotel even though it was expensive. However, it met all my expectations and more. Staff very friendly and they anticipate your needs. I recommend but it is a higher end hotel so it won't come cheap.

It was our very first time at the Langham, yet we were spoiled from the moment we stepped in, as one would expect if a frequent visitor. We were surprisingly updated to a 1 bedroom suite and this made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff was extremely friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. On top of all this the location of the Langham is just perfect to easily get around on foot. Overall a 5 star stay and a very well done to all the staff.

A boutique hotel in a perfect location and a very friendly and accommodating staff. The bar and restaurant downstairs are intimate.

First impressions stay with you unfortunately. We checked in before our room was ready - absolutely no problem, On return, and after a very tiring day - we had to make 3 trips to and from reception as the key we were given didn’t work. No apology for the inconvenience. Maintenance then came and the issue fixed and he was very apologetic. We had to rescan our card for ‘extras’ and I didn’t like to see mine and other guests check in forms left on the front desk for all to see - a gdpr issue. Apart from the issue the room was very nice, good linen and bed, lovely shower & toiletries, very clean.
