We loved the customer service at the Shangri-La. Our room was understandably not ready when we arrived at 9am but they suggested we freshen up in the gym change room. It was lovely to take a shower and change into a fresh set of clothes after a long flight. Our room became available before noon. ...

The Reception staff were very excellent and helpful and extremely friendly. The porter was very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent wonderful sights and very cosy. I will be letting everyone up on the Sunshine Coast know about your Hotel

Nice room, shower was very small. I wouldn't want to be a plus sized person trying to have a shower.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it immensly. Nothing has changed, enjoyed it again. Great location and great ambience with the old Post Office look and the new.
