The apartment comes with its own parking spot and is close to public transport options.
An open-plan living/dining area features polished floor boards throughout and large picture windows with views to Bondi Beach, 2 comfy sofas and a huge wall mounted flat screen smart TV with Foxtel. The dining table seats 6 people, This space also has direct access to the communal grassed area at the front of the apartment, perfect for outdoor activities or a kids play area.
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a 4-burner ceramic electric cooktop, under-bench oven, ‘Nespresso’ style coffee machine, family size refrigerator, loads of bench top/ pantry space. A moveable air-conditioning unit provides cool relief in the summer months.
There are 3 bedrooms located off a central hallway all with ceiling fans. The master bedroom offers a spacious walk-in robe with plenty of storage space for longer stays, a queen size bed, block-out blinds and its own wall-mounted flatscreen smart TV. A roomy private en-suite comes with frameless glass shower recess, large shower rose and stylish stone tiling. The second and third bedrooms are also furnished with queen size beds, built-in robes and block-out blinds.
The main bathroom has a floating bathtub and separate shower recess with frameless glass shower screen, large shower rose and stone tiling.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

The Neighborhood:
White sandy beach and crystal blue water make Australia’s iconic Bondi Beach a magnet for swimmers, sun lovers and surfers from around the globe. A fabulous selection of shops, eateries and bars are all with a short stroll of the apartment, as well popular markets held weekly in the nearby grounds of Bondi Beach Public School. Don’t miss the famous Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk, a picturesque trail with spectacular ocean views, a chance to spot whales and home to the annual ‘Sculptures By The Sea’ exhibition held over October/November.
Getting Around:
The apartment comes with its own secure car space but if you prefer public transport, it couldn’t be easier with the South Bondi bus stop on Campbell Parade just a 1 minute walk away. From here you can catch regular services to Bondi Junction, one of Sydney’s major transport and shopping hubs in about 12 minutes, or into Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) in under 40 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
