We recently transitioned over 100 listings from the Stayz platform to Home Away. We were unable to carry forward our amazing past guest reviews. Experience the absolute best of our amazing city from this exquisite three bedroom, two bathroom terrace, situated in the fashionable hub of Paddington. This immaculately styled home is striking with elegant accents of grey and white and a hint of gold for good measure; the furnishings throughout this gorgeous home have been thoughtfully arranged.

When you enter this timeless beauty you will feel completely at home. The mood is warm and charming; and despite the close proximity to the CBD, it is calm and quiet inside. Wandering down the hall and you find the classic dining room with seating for 6 which flows seamlessly to the bright and airy galley kitchen. Hosting a dinner party for family and friends will be sure to delight. When you slide the bi-fold kitchen windows back you open the entire area up so that you are in the heart of all the entertainment. A beautiful outdoor terrace adjoins the kitchen and dining room which provides a captivating oasis; ideal for enjoying a glass (or bottle) of your favourite champagne and the company of those that are special to you.

A formal lounge completes this level and the ornate fireplaces add to the feeling of comfort and cosiness.

Head upstairs and you will find two generous bedrooms each with their own style and sophistication. The master bedroom offers a King size bed and is elegantly decorated; two pairs of French doors open out to a balcony with views over the leafy, tree-lined street and built-in robes completes this master suite. The second bedroom on this level is roomy and also offers a Queen bed and built-in robes. Located between the bedrooms is a grand and spacious bathroom. Luxuriate in the deep bath while you read your favourite novel. A roomy shower and another ornate fireplace adorn this bathroom as well.

Head downstairs from the living level to find a third bedroom, beautifully decorated and a second, more casual sitting room which leads out to a fully equipped laundry and the internal garage for one small car.

All this and the fun village landscape surrounds will leave you wanting to stay on forever. If you choose to step outside this lovely home, you are just moments from the endless array of Paddington cafes, restaurants and shopping possibilities; or if you wish, it won t take long to venture to the famous Bondi Beach, Centennial Park and Sydney CBD.

Whilst they say a photo captures a thousand words, they simply do not do justice to this home so you will just have to experience it for yourself.

Location is great! BUT.....
When we arrived, 3 trashcans at the front door were full to the brim that they couldn't stay shut. So, it was a pretty stinky arrival welcome. Called to let property owner know but the answering service said they will have someone from management will call us. But no one ever did. Location is great and convenient walking distance to everything. There is a nice coffee shop downstairs. Apartment was pretty clean, with fresh sheets, towels and basic needs. Modern kitchen appliances with plenty of counter space to work on. They advertised for 5 beds but there was only 4. It would have been great if we had the 5th. So, one of us had to sleep on the living room couch. Daily war with families of healthy sized cockroaches, ants and palm-sized spiders in the apartment. Just grateful that we were supplied with a can of Raid. We are a pretty clean family, and we never leave any open foods and containers. But the critters still come. The bathroom downstairs is not a bathroom at all. It's extremely tiny with the shower right next to the toilet and the loaf pan-sized sink. Everything gets wet and water flows through the door crack into the living area. This is a complete misrepresentation of a 2-bathroom house. Kitchen and living room area noise will keep the people downstairs awake as there are no doors, just the stairs. Laundry room is a good size and has everything you need, including space to do your ironing.

Perfect location!
This house is in a beautiful neighborhood! Plenty of space with three floors and a high end, well stocked kitchen. It was very easy to get comfortable and settle in. Lots of towels and linens provided and a washer and dryer as well! The heated towel rack in the upstairs bath was a real treat for these chilly days. The bus to Bondi is just a couple minutes away. Shopping and dining options were out of this world. I loved all of the boutique shops and cafes along Oxford and throughout the neighborhood. There are also a couple of grocers near by and a 7-11. We can’t wait to come back here and spend a couple of weeks just unwinding and enjoying the vibe of this charming house in Paddington.

PERFECT LOCATION
This location cannot be beat. Very walkable and in a wonderful location. The property was spacious and provided everything we needed. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen set up is great. The only thing we needed to purchase were paper towels. The property management were super flexible with our checking in schedule. We highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay again.

Great house in perfect location!
The house is exactly as advertised and is tucked away in a residential neighborhood with a college-town feel due to the nearby university. Perhaps the best feature is the home’s location on the 333 bus route which runs to Bondi Beach in one direction and to Circular Quay in the other. It is hard to appreciate how big of a benefit this is until you stay there, but take it from me, it is invaluable! The owners of the house were always pleasant and responsive. Great stay!
