3mins walk to Cherrybrook Village Shopping Center, Cherrybrook Tech high school, Greenway park, 7 min drive to Castle Towers Shopping Center/Castle Hill train station, 30mins drive to Parramatta or Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, 45 mins drive to Sydney Olympic Park or Sydney Mortorsport Park.

This apartment is very comfortable for family, friends, travellers, workers. It is self contained unit on ground floor which attach to the main house. Our family live in the main house upstairs so some noise will be heard however we are quiet and respect your privacy.

No garage for guest use, there are many free off street parking in front of the house and our street is quiet street, no parking garage for guests. Please note the outdoor pool is shared with us and its not heated pool so water can be cold which u might not be able to swim.

There is bus stop 3 mins walk from this property which take you to Castle Hill Station/Castle Towers or Cherrybrook metro train station. Cherrybrook metro train station is fast train to other metro station or City Centre.

1st bedroom: 1 queen bed and built in wardrobe
2nd bedroom: 2 queen beds and standing wardrobe
There is 1 full bathroom with standing shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, plates, bowls, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses. The combine kitchen and lounge room has smart TV, sofa, air-conditioner, dinning table and chairs. There is a laundry room with iron, iron board, washing machine, no dryer and 2nd toilet. Free WIFI. No air-conditioner, provide portable fans during summer and portable heaters during winter. This unit is downstairs so it very cool.

This is not a party place, no loud noise from 9pm which affect neighbours
Pet can stay with extra fee $20 per pet per night but we don't have a locked gate and garden.

Check in from 3pm, early check in $50 apply if available.
Check out latest 10am or $50 fee apply. Late check out must be asked in advance as we already schedule cleaner 10am on check out date.

* We don’t accept more people than number of guests booked. All bookings are required to book for correct number of guests, there is extra fee per extra guest per night.
* Guests are required to pay for house DAMAGES if any.

* All appliances, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one at home
* Guests don’t have access to garage
* All Guests must follow our check out requests on the fridge, general tidy up, wash all dishes, all rubbish to large bins outdoor before check out.

* Please be aware Corvid travel restrictions, lockdowns, pandemic are no longer considered extenuation circumstances. Our cancellation policy still applies in case of travel restrictions due to Corvid. Therefore, please make sure to read our cancellation policy carefully before booking and purchase travel insurance in case of lockdowns and other Corvid related cancellations.

Sometimes we replace new furniture, linens and decorations to refresh the house but don’t update our pictures
