This hotel is advertised as a suite hotel whereas the rooms are very small, the interior finishes are very old, this hotel will rate at best 3 star in US. Way too expensive for what they offer. The location is good, however, I would not recommend this hotel.

The reception desk staff were unfriendly - the suite was ill-equipped for a short stay, no in-room service for late arrivals, and nowhere to buy food in a safe nearby vicinity. The bed was uncomfortable, and no bottled water was available on arrival.

the hotel location is amazing. walking distance to town hall, QVB, pitt street, china town, darling harbour and barangaroo. the light rail will take u to opera house, the rocks and the harbour bridge. sooo many restaurants around the hotel. i want to thank you Mr. Vikas who did extra mile to change the bed for my mother. my mother needs a hard-based mattress. thanksss again Mr. Vikas. i really appreciate it very much
