The Space:
Clean modern unit with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Spacious apartment in an amazing location.
Access to Gym Sauna and the world's best beaches at your door step.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
Manly is a perfect spot to with plenty of great restaurants and thing to do . Across the road is the ferry terminal for a relaxing ride into the centre of Sydney where you can either go site seeing or get on a train and visit the country

Getting Around:
Parking available in the building at a cost of $25.00/day. Otherwise there are 4 council car parks with in a few minutes walk.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away.

Great location
Perfect location for us 100mtrs from Ferry and buses at front door for northern beaches. Short walk to Manly beach and shops. Unit very comfortable for our needs but a bit of traffic noise. Would definitely stay there again though
