A bright and cheerful one bedroom apartment in North Bondi with a rare covered parking space! Enjoy views of the city skyline and Sydney Harbour Bridge while being located just a short stroll from beautiful Bondi Beach.

Separate bedroom with built-in wardrobe.

Spacious living area with comfortable sofa (can be used as a bed for a third guest), dining table, and desk. Fully equipped kitchen.

Other Things to Note:

Please note the car space is narrow. We recommend taking great care when reversing into the spot.

This apartment has instant hot water, however it is a small water heater, please allow 30 minutes in between showers to allow the water to re-heat.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor by stairs. No lift access.

There is a bus stop directly out front of the apartment which makes public transport very convenient however you can hear the traffic of the road from the apartment. Great location but not the best for light sleepers.

Please note there is no wifi available in this home however a portable modem is provided in the apartment that you are welcome to use if you wish. Please note you will have to recharge yourself as required. Please note as this is not a full modem, connection can also be a little less reliable at times.

The property was nice, very bright with a wonderful view of the cliff and golf course. Was a complete unit wraith everything you would possibly need. Quiet and peaceful only sounds where some traffic and local birds. Very nice. The shower in the bathroom could really use a do over or rebuild. Very very tight and the shower rod and curtain would fall if you touched the glass panel to support yourself very uncomfortable. The shower head is a good height if your 5’.

Great location in North Bondi away from tourist areas and short walk to Bondi Beach. Nice apartment, lots of natural light and very clean. Hosts great to communicate with.

We stayed here over Christmas and New Year. The property was just as described and was clean and tidy on arrival. Spare bedding and towels provided. Really useful to have reliable wi-fi, dishwasher and washing machine. Whilst there was some noise from the road at times, this didn't really intrude. A shower curtain would have been helpful, as would an indoor clothes airer but, apart from that, we couldn't fault our stay. Thanks!
