Reception staff were completely useless, ordered food 2 times and the delivery driver gave them the room number, both times they told the driver to leave AND take the food, absolutely absurd behaviour. They were completely non apologetic to the point that I made a third order and sat in the lobby for an hour waiting for it to be delivered, watching the two receptionist's that were 'too busy' swear their heads off and converse whilst standing away from their computers, absolutely disgusting behaviour. I have never been so astounded by someones determination to be incompetent

Air conditioner was so broken and loud we couldn’t sleep with it on. Water coming out of the tap was cloudy white, toilet cistern slow dripped all night. Paid $980 for 1 night for 2 studio rooms. What an absolute rip off. Still waiting for the manager to call me to discuss my concerns.
