With the living, dining and kitchen found on the entry level, you will also find the bunk room and a combined bathroom and laundry. Upstairs consists of the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2 king bedrooms both offering private balconies to take in the spectacular views. The third room offers a queen bed next door you will find a full bathroom complete with bath.

Kindly note, the oven at Rockridge is due to be replaced in October. There is an air fryer, stove and BBQ.

What We Love
Take a swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub and feel yourself float away in a bliss-filled haze as you take in the views. The elevation of the house commands unobstructed and expansive breath taking views looking over to the famous Barrenjoey Lighthouse, Pittwater, Whale Beach, and the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Rockridge's sandstone and timber decking overlook a garden surrounded by an acre of lush, green Australian bush and tropical palm trees. The beach is only a heartbeat away, with easy walking access across the road from the villa. Follow the original common sandstone and wooden steps to the popular south end of the beach with its ocean pool. As there are no immediate neighbours at this quiet and elegant villa, you will feel at one and at peace with your surroundings, just as it should be.

What Families Love
You will be sure to sleep comfortably in one of the four bedrooms between superior linen sheets thanks to the gas heating during cold winter nights and ceiling fans for hot summer evenings. A large white marble gourmet kitchen is sure to make cooking a pleasure for the chef in your group to be enjoyed in the outside dining area under the stars. Televisions, DVD players, and Wi-Fi is available for some rainy-day, easy entertainment.

The Boathouse; a popular destination located in the middle of Palm Beach, this is a local favourite with great food and coffee by The Boathouse Group.
Jonah's Restaurant; a fine dining restaurant located on Bynya Road, Whale beach. Offering amazing food and spectacular views it is definitely worth a visit.
Palm Beach Village; a short drive away is the main street of Palm Beach, offering some more great cafes and boutique shops including Palm Beach Wine and Cheese.
