Charming hotel, and we can't recommend it enough! The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short stroll to the iconic Sydney Opera House and the bustling shopping districts. The staff truly made our stay memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Our room with queen bed was on the smaller side, but it was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Another delightful surprise was the hotel’s proximity to a lively square where locals gather for happy hour daily. It was such a fun experience to join in the festivities and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. Overall, we highly advise staying at this hotel.

This property was awesome. The staff were very nice, like everyone in Australia, the restaurant was delicious and the bar was stocked. Everything was clean and the online/self check in and out was very quick and easy. There are many shopping, dining and street food options near by. Everything was walkable from the hotel. The train station is a street over. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay here again. Didn’t have a car, so not sure about the parking situation. From this hotel, the train can take you to distant places and the other attractions are walkable. The ferry is down the street, great area to get to the Rolex sailGP event which is in the adjacent bay.

Very clean and modern property. Located in the middle of everything. Quick walk to the harbour and lots of shops and restaurants. The grand opening cocktail party was a bonus with food and drinks flowing for hours. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good.

On weekdays evenings (especially Friday) the pub in the square opposite played loud thumping music that was audible even in my ninth floor room. At least it stopped at 11:00 pm. Surrounding area was a bit more run down but not too bad. It was really well placed for Circular Quays and the transport hubs. Rooms adequate in size, very well maintained and cleaned. Very nice hotel.

Close to Circular Quay this hotel is modern and comfortable. Breakfast good choices. Our room was quiet and a big bonus we were allowed a 2 hour late check out. Only criticism is that there is not a lot of drawer space for clothes. Overall a great one night stay before our international flight.

The hotel was ok. Rooms are very small. There was incentive of free drinks upto $10 if you did not request cleaning the room. One of the days they did not clean the room but they refused to give $10 drinks because we had incorrect sign on the door even though the room was not cleaned. That was a cheap shot by the hotel even though their prices are high, they did not clean the room -

Room is too small. Weird placement of coffee machine (inside cabinet). Not too much table or space to put personal belongings. No gym. No readily available microwave oven in lounge area. Plus side, it’s cbd area. Close to everything.
