Finally, the garage has been transformed into a rumpus type area, including table tennis and equipped gym. Table tennis can be stored so secure garage parking can be available for 1 vehicle.

The outdoor and backyard area have lockable gates on either side of the house, with a security camera at the front of the property. Guests can access the main entrance using a smart security lock with their own unique entrance code.

Dogs permitted on application with all surrounding foot and walking paths permitted with on leash walking (except the wetlands nature reserve/boardwalks surrounding Warriewood Shopping Centre) and also multiple nearby off leash dog parks including the famous Bayview Dog Park (Rowland Reserve Dog Off-leash Area) on Pittwater.

Strictly no parties and 10 PM noise curfew.
