This room is part of a modern and spacious double story house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will also have access to a peaceful, well kept backyard with plenty of outdoor furniture and shade. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary items including access to a large spa bath in the upstairs bathroom.

Public Transportation: The location is around 10 Minutes walk from Guildford Train Station and 2 minutes walk from nearest bus station. Direct trains to the city in 30 Minutes.

You will have main door and your room key which will be kept in key box when you arrive (24*7 self check-in).

Parking
There is limited parking on premises (15 minutes) and only to be used for luggage drop off or pickup. Must move to street parking after that and spots available all the time.

Very below average, Locks dont work on door.
Have video proof of Lock not working on my door to the shared upstairs area. Bed was terrible.

Good size but property need proper maintenance
Bedroom, kitchen and dinning are in good size. Bedroom is clean. However, the bedroom sofa provides little support. The two pillows are old, thin, lumpy and uncomfortable. The foam mattress sinks in so feel bad when waking up in the morning. The metal bed frame makes a squeaky noise when touching. The movable heater in the bedroom produces no heat. Common areas such as bathroom and kitchen need good scrub. Two of the 4-burners gas cooktop fails and those work, are terribly slow. The bathroom fan and the laundry fan are not working. The chairs for the dinning table are old and one of them has broken back. The MDF kitchen window has large water damage near the kitchen sink and MDF exposed. The online listing is not accurate. It has a kitchen photo with "Private Kitchen" in a sized font text but all facilities are in fact shared amongst residents. Front door found unlocked in several occasions in early morning and later afternoon making residents feel unsafe. Lock system which automatically lock the door when closed could improve safety.
