Vista unit: 2.5 bedrooms, Close to the City/beach/airport/train station

Vista unit is a luxury 2.5 bedrooms unit over 150 square meters with huge front garden and located close to the city, airport, beach, train station, transport and amenities with two very green balconies. and can accommodate up 6 people (two Queen, one single bed and one sofa bed). Please do understand that its very family-oriented area and you cannot invite more people and the place isn’t designed to party all night. The House itself is located on a huge piece of land about 1500 square meters and contains three separate premises, a granny flat at front where I live, 2.5 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) and three bedrooms house (Bamboo House) at the back. All the three premises are very private with magnificent garden with many Varity of plant like Bamboos, hedges and gorgeous Pot plants. many items that you see in this place is very unique and you don’t see it anywhere else
other places.

Please read before you book: It’s a very safe neighborhood. The driveway can fit 3 cars and there are plenty of free unlimited street parking always available. The checking in time is at 1 pm forward and check out at 10 am. However, you can leave your luggage at the laundry at any time for checking in or out. it means that if you can leave you luggage at the laundry early morning and check in later. Or if you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage at the laundry, have a wander in the beautiful Sydney and pick up later. again, it’s a very safe area and close to the airport. Families are always welcome. I have had many families over last few years, and we never had any conflict and problem, not even once. They have lived enough to know enough about life, mutual respect and respecting privacy of others. Simply treat people the way you want to be treated. Unfortunately, a percentage of young people causing problem for me and my lovely Neighbours. They make the whole STR experience stressful. They book the place for a number of guests and then they invite more people saying that they are not staying overnight but then after midnight they are still there, intoxicated and walking at the garden back and forward, talking loudly, laughing and sometimes even screaming. STR especially in urban area where the majority of neighborhood aged over 50 or working daily are not designed for that. Especially at the weekend after long exhausting week, they want to rest and enjoying their weekend. They all say all the same thing that they are different and promising everything is going to be fine. Anytime that a young person books the place, I am stressed thinking that how it will end up. Please book the place for the accurate number of the guests. There are security cameras in front of the house only for safety reason and I do not want any confrontation. It’s a great place and costs me a fortune to keep it update. Only the number of booked guests allowed to the premises. I also have the right to ask you to leave if you break the rules . Also, Birthday Party doesn’t mean loud music, intoxication or partying up to next morning! Keep the noise down, enjoy your party, respect Neighbours’ privacy and have a good night sleep so you can function at next day. DO NOT INVITE EXTAR PEOPLE. ITS BREAKING THE RULES.
