"Set in an area of great diversity and bohemian culture, multi cultural and LGBTQA Lots of small cafes and businesses with predominantly local use not touristy at all. All within very quick and easy walking access to the major visitor attractions such as the Sydney Art Galleries and Museum, The domain and Botanical gardens and the harbour front. A chic and improving residential area of enormous character which I loved staying in. The only downside of the hotel is the very noisy lifts which badly impact on adjacent rooms. Ask for a room remote from the lifts. Hotel is half the size it looks on external photos as one half is an office block. Comfortable rooms and lovely buffet breakfast with friendly attentive staff."

"Lovely hotel…, except that the water takes at least 2 minutes and as much as 4 minutes to warm up…, very wasteful, not eco friendly! “The wake up call” around 6am, was the sound like a propelled aeroplane being chased by a police car with siren coming from, I think, down the duct of the bathroom exhaust fan. Other than these two things it was pleasant. "

"Best quality boutique hotel in Sydney which has a convenient location near public transport and restaurant belt. The room was clean and well-equipped. The service was topnotch. I was unwell one day and in bed for most of the day time. I requested a turndown service but didn’t expect to be done as housekeeping staff had already gone but voila the room was made up when I came back from dinner. Thank you for the superb and accommodating service. Kudos to housekeeping and reception staff. You’re all valuable assets to the team. "

"Great location. Several in the same group stayed here, seemed the 2 bedroom unit was the the best option. We were very happy with room and facilities, very cute and bright, airy and roomy."

"Great beds, quiet and yummy breakfast! The rooms need updating especially the bathrooms but in saying that everything we needed was there. Outside hotel is a bit messy but not sure if they can fix that. "

"I travel often and I don't believe I have ever come across such a wonderful staff. Everyone for the people at the front desk to the service staff were lovely people. They really made me want to come back for another stay. The rooms were clean and well serviced. The area around was very nice with many restaurants and coffee shops, and they to were filled with some of the nicest people i have encounter while traveling. I would strongly recommend staying here."
