房間寛敞明亮，簡約舒適，就是床與枕頭軟了點，不太習慣；喜歡睡較軟的床與枕頭的遊客，應該會喜歡。 入住2樓民宿有電梯，旁邊就是馬路，沒注意到有噪音， 不太喜歡冰箱是放在公共區域。 希望門鎖可以加裝鍊子，房間只有一個門鎖，有些缺乏安全感。 雖然入住注意事項有提前一天e-mail，但因連續多地旅遊，不方便查看，當天提早到後，只能電聯，再使用FB留訊（回復快速），希望可以增加用line連繫。 很抱歉忘了作垃圾分類，後來才注意到你們有準備垃圾袋。 附上退房後照片，房間寛敞，與介紹相同。

房間很大乾淨整齊，淋浴間偏小有排水不通現象，打電話給客服後立刻處裡了，整體狀況良好！床位建議可以偏左或偏右避免直吹頭部。

旅宿的位址算方便但停車位不好找，緊鄰大馬路，因此隔音不佳。沒有寄放行李的服務，公共區域及樓梯間會閒置雜物，且並無專責負責人在現場，一切得靠自己透過網路和店家聯繫。房間空間大，裝潢簡單，床底清潔度待改進。熱水很難轉到最適合的溫度，且每人需間隔三十分鐘（店家公告）。若只求睡一晚，可以去住（但價格並沒有太便宜），若有帶兩件以上行李，建議另尋飯店。

地點佳，裝潢算新，但清潔度差
火車前站走路十分鐘到。 鄰近大馬路，舊公寓翻新，有電梯。 房間大，陳設算乾淨也新。 小管家叮嚀蠻貼心的。 床偏軟但也算好睡。 可惜整體清潔度不佳，角落、電視及瓶裝水上灰塵多。抱枕有污漬未清潔或更新。 馬桶也未好好刷洗⋯⋯ 房間內無冰箱，食品及飲料保存得到一樓公共區域有點麻煩。 住超過一日無房內清潔。 五樓冷氣溫度開高的話，吹出的風有異味，只能低溫⋯⋯ 雖然價格很不錯，但下次應該不會再選擇

高CP值民宿!!!
自行入住很方便, 民宿內有小電梯很方便 地點近火車站, 附近有T-bike站, 樓下還有便宜好吃的水果冰!!! 房間很大很乾淨, 冷氣很涼(建議業主可以多擺一支電扇, 加速室內循環, 這樣比較省電, 因為房間真的好大XD), 電視很大, 且有加裝電視手臂, 可以旋轉很方便 廁所地板乾得很快, 但空間比較小, 稍微可惜了點

地點優，但在馬路旁有點吵
房間乾淨整潔，一層一間還不錯，不會有被別間吵到的問題，只是這次住二樓，窗戶隔音有點差，一直聽到車子來來往往的聲音，好吵。房間沒有冰箱，一樓有共用小冰箱，浴室熱水需間隔30分鐘，但因為這次旅遊時間是夏天，所以無須等到30分鐘，枕頭有點低跟軟。

房東給的大門密碼無法打開1樓大門，唯一的室內連絡電話打了N通沒人接，似乎也沒有轉接到手機，完全沒有任何可以聯繫的方式，房客只能自求多福，就在我們準備要放棄轉訂別家旅店的時候，突然靈光一閃，會不會是房東給錯密碼了? 把前面3碼改成房號試試，老天保佑幸好大門開了，不然真的是求助無門啊，果然，真的是給錯密碼了……後來直到我們退房也沒有接到房東的回電…… 房間有設置房客留言本，為了其他的房客著想，我們認為有必要告知房東這個問題，但是直到退房的隔天，房東也沒有表示歉意，完全就是無人民宿，發生任何問題房客都要自己吸收與排解。 其實，人有疏失都是可以諒解的，不過至少要留下有效的聯絡方式，才能解決問題，現在大家普遍都有用line，建議可以用line聯繫。 以民宿的標準來看，房間整體上是滿意的，很可惜，房東的服務需要再加強……

連續住了兩晚～ 地點位於市中心不管搭車還是租車都非常方便 房間空間很大，採光也很棒 喜歡那片陽光灑進來的窗戶 隔音做的很好，很有安全感 設備很新讓人很放鬆 Check in 很方便簡單不用與業者接觸 CP值很高👍👍 會是下次再來台南的第一選擇 小缺點是 1.枕頭有點偏軟 可以像飯店一樣多準備兩顆讓客人選擇 2.沒有冰箱在充滿美食的台南有點不方便 除此之外其他都非常完美❤️
