We stayed here couple days after our cruise. It was Chinese New Year so everything nearby was close except for 711 and FamilyMart. There's a nightmarket nearby that was open the day before the new year which was good. Walking distance to the mall about 15 minutes. There's a little grocery store next door. Our reservation came with breakfast. Breakfast was ok, they had the usual, bread, cereal, vegetables, eggs, sausages, no bacon. But the coffee is good I love the lobby so clean. The room we had was spacious, clean and quiet. The streets were clean. The staff were nice and helpfull. Raymond help us book a taxi to the airport. We would stay here again.

It is the first time we stayed at City Suites in Taipei. The reason I booked City Suites in the first place was because I could not find any 4-5stars hotels during my stay period. However, we really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff, especially Mr. Daniel Chang at the counter, has provided exceptionally tentative and detailed service while we were there. I will recommend this hotel to my friends coming to Taipei for its outstanding service and wonderful locations!👍

I stayed at City Suites Taipei Nanxi from December 16 to 20, 2024, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The hotel did not provide any cleaning services or change the bed sheets during my 5-day stay. Additionally, the heater was not working, and it was unbearably cold. I will not be using this hotel again.

Even though the area wasn’t the newest or cleanest, I would argue that it was one of the best neighborhoods in Taipei. It was close to Taipei main station so going to the airport was super convenient. The Datong and Xongshan neighborhoods were also walkable to each other, and they were the two coolest districts in Taipei for shopping and culture. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The corner king suite was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint was that the facilities were kind of old and not as clean as we expected. There was quite a bit of wear and tear and the drapes looked like it needed to be washed. But nothing so bad so we still felt comfortable staying there. Overall, we would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at city suites Nanxi. We had 3 adults and 1 kid in a double room and it was more than enough room. We also enjoyed the breakfast and complimentary coffee that was always available. Staff members were very welcoming. Our kid loved the water feature in the entrance hall. We would stay there again if we visit Taipei in the future
