Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time.

The property was great for our family. The kids loved the bunk bed family apartment and the board games. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great staff too!

The hotel is easy to access (next to train station even it is not the main station). Easy to check in (virtual reception) and we can storage our luggages as we arrive too early for check-in. It has a room which is specifically to storage luggages.
The room is very clean. It is not too spacious but not too small as well for 4 of us (4 adults). The beds are comfortable and there are enough pillows for us.
The kitchen is well equipped (very basic ones). There's a refrigerator and freezer. Rubbish bins liners are provided more than enough.
The hotel is close to local supermarkets (Appro Sakuragawa is my favourite one).
We will be happy to stay again.
