The hotel has seen its grand days and aside from the modern toilet bowl, hotel is a little bit dated… Would love it if staff would be able to converse in English better. "When we got there the front entrance very welcoming but only stairs and a steep ramp with no railings. When we checked in we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite but the shower is a high tub with no grab handle for a disabled person can grab on too. We asked if there was a walk in shower and front desk lady said all the rooms in the hotel are the same. The next day we asked a lady in a black suit which could be the manager she said they have a handicapp room in the A tower but not till the next...
