"The staff was wonderful. Love the family cabin. Someone trying to get in at night… I’m assuming was a bear… was a little alarming . Other than that I had a relaxing , quiet, peaceful stay at Emerald Bay Lodge!!! Will definitely stay again. Thank you for making my vacation great!"

"We were two families of four (plus two dogs) meeting after Christmas to ski. Loved how close it was to restaurants, groceries, and to Heavenly. It was also plenty big for three teens, one elementary schooler, and four adults. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in. The backyard was lovely and quiet, the hot tub was in good condition, and we loved the Galanter & Jones heated furniture.Communication was terrific; we appreciated the signage at the house and the helpful guide to the area...

"The home was nice BUT My Daughter and Niece Feet were BLACK After walking barefoot in the house for about 20 Minutes !! But yet I was charged a cleaning Fee !!! I feel the cleaning fee should be refunded ! If you would like pictures I will provide them . Also the downstairs sink and bathtub didn't drain very well . And the downstairs bathtub Hot water faucet Leaked Really bad . So while taking a shower When I got to close to it it burnt my legs > BIG safety hazard !!!! We did have at least 16...

"We loved this house, it had tons of space for the entire family and it was right on the lagoon (you can't swim in it because of the algae but you can paddle board right out of the backyard. This part of the lagoon isn't connected with the lake so you can just paddleboard around the keys. We saw lots of bears, and I mean lots of bears in the back yard and in the front.
