Great stay

The property was great! Right on the water with relaxing views to drink morning coffee and relax. Sunset bar and grill is a great way to end the evening with spectacular view of the sun going down and good food.

This property at Little Harbor is right by the water where you may see dolphins and manatees! It’s a cute little beachy condo and it was super clean.

Cozy Stay

The property is excellent for couples that want to spend a relaxing stay away from the every day rush. The amenities are great and Marilin is an excellent host. Definitely we will staying again in the future.

Short stay

We stayed from Sunday to Saturday! Called Manager Sunday told them shower wasn't working. Never received reply. The security light comes on at 7:00 at night and stays on till 7:30 a.m. no way to turn it off. So . Looks like the lights are on very hard to sleep! I'm a positive note. The hot tub was nice and we saw dolphins in the morning

We enjoyed the stay. Clean room with everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. Loved having quick access to the pool and beach area. Great restaurants and wonderful local breakfast spots to eat.

We had a blast ! Walking on the beach looking for shells on one side of the property and on the other side watching sting rays, manatees and dolphin family !! The food at Hooks was delicious!!

Ruskin Fun

We had a really good time at our Ruskin property. Nice pool great restaurants and easy beautiful scenery! We could walk to any of our destinations at Little Harbor. The only negative is the condo is very small and we did get tired of being in such a small space. Otherwise, great time!

Great location. Nice quiet area. Would definitely stay here again. Finding the unit was a bit of a challenge. But the owner answered right away to help direct us.

Quality Time

Surprised my husband with a quick, kid free wk end. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees in the water. The restaurants and pools was a great added bonus. We had an absolutely great time. It was just what we both needed. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Marilin, for your quick responses. Your place was decorated well and very clean. Location was amazing too.

The BEST place to stay outside of Tampa.

What a crazy weekend was had. From check in to check out the communication was amazing. She even put rose pedals and champagne in the room when we arrived (coordinated). There’s a “beach” very close and a beach bar right there too. It was just a great experience. Will be back!

Beautiful location

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed the location of this property! You have everything you need for a relaxing vacation - water right outside your door full of dolphins, manatees, and many other wildlife sightings, as well as a beautiful white-sand beach on Tampa Bay, restaurants, and a quiet, peaceful resort area. We did not want to leave to return to Ohio! The room itself is pretty basic, but met our needs - we didn't spend much time inside. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was a perfect little apt. Very clean and had everything we needed supplied. The resort area it is lovely and has enough options to keep you busy. It's not far from other activities and the host was lovely. Only down side I can give is a broken sink that stayed clogging all weekend. And there was a spider issue no fault of the owner at all it Florida and bugs are a given. However somehow at least 6 were found in the bed. We had to stipe and shake out beds. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning.

Scam

There is no beach There is nothing close to that picture was online there is no beach access to beach at all. There is no nothing as they said or anything that’s really Close picture onlines the closed beach is 45 minutes away from this area. The shop is almost 20 minutes 30 minutes from this area the place in the middle of nowhere there is nothing really excited in the place to stay in absolutely nothing.
