The property is near the Veterans Expressway, providing a quick 10-15minute drive to the Airport and easy access to Downtown, Ben T. Davis Beach, Raymond James Stadium, and Clearwater Beach.

Our apartment is located in a vibrant and professional neighborhood in Tampa. You'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance, perfect for after-work dining and relaxation. The area is known for its convenient access to business centers and corporate offices. Enjoy easy access to local amenities and entertainment venues, ensuring a balanced lifestyle during your stay.

This property is equipped with a smart lock/keypad system, ensuring secure and convenient entry at any time during your stay. Guests will initially receive a link to complete all pre-arrival forms and rental agreements. Once these are finalized, we’ll send a separate communication with a personalized access code for the apartment.

This corporate-ready apartment features two generously sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for working professionals. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a 65-inch TV, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a closet, and a 55-inch TV. The living area is set up to provide a relaxing environment after work, with a gray couch and a yellow chair that both convert into futon beds for additional guests. The living room also includes a work desk in case you need a space to work. Additionally, guests will have the convenience of valid trash pickup right in front of the apartment unit.

Guests can enjoy full access to the building's comprehensive amenities, including a swimming pool, kids park, a state-of-the-art gym, a business center, and a barbecue grill. The community/swimming pool area features game activities such as a large Connect 4, Cornhole, a pool table, and a ping pong table. Looks exactly as pictured.
We had an excellent stay. The communication was awesome and the checking was a breeze. The apartment was so cute, very clean and comfortable. Great location, close to everything and in walkable neighborhood. Nice restaurants and coffee shop. We loved our stay in this lovely apartment.
