Welcome to our luxury, 4 bedroom pool home located in the heart of Wesley Chapel, FL! Located inside the world-famous, Saddlebrook Resort and golf course. This home has everything needed to enjoy relaxation in privacy!

Escape to your Florida oasis in the exclusive Saddlebrook Golf Course Community! This stunning 4-bedroom home offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

Sleeping arrangements:

-The master bedroom is on the right side of the home that has 2 massive walk in closets for storage of your personal items, also an ensuite bathroom, stand up shower, jetted jacuzzi tub and double vanity sinks.
- Bedrooms 2 & 3 are on the right side of the home and share a bathroom. Also equipped with double vanity sink and a stand up shower.
- Bedroom 4 is tucked away in the back of the home, offering a more private area as it has the room and bathroom, through an door way. The bathroom has a stand up shower and also leads out to the pool area for easy access for anyone needing to go in and out to the backyard amenities.
- The 4th bathroom is a half bathroom that sits in the front off the home near the office and dining room table.

When arriving to the home, you walk into the spacious, open dining room that has 6 chairs, where you can enjoy holiday meals or family cook outs as the sliding glass doors to the pool area are right next it. (We don not heat the pool but we do allow for the spa to be heates up at no extra cost. Thanks for your understanding)

Office area: 2 desks with rolling chairs and each desk has monitors that you can easily hook your laptop up to for when you need to work away from home.

Den/Family Room: This room is perfect for the kids to enjoy as it has a pac-man arcade table, Xbox & Wii gaming systems and 4 person, L shaped sofa.

Kitchen and Coffee area: Before you walk into the kitchen, you have a coffee station area and liquor cabinets with wine glasses and a mini fridge. The kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely everything you need to make and enjoy family meals, on vacation and holidays! The middle island has four chairs for seating but also makes a great serving area during those special occasions.

Living room: The tall ceilings provide a spacious feel when winding down and relaxing at night on the comfortable couch. The living room has a massive tv centered perfectly so anyone in the kitchen and living room can enjoy the big game or any other entertainment on tv. This is a smart tv so you can easily log into any service provider you have right from the tv itself.

Unwind poolside: Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool, soak up the sun on the 2 wick lounge chairs, or unwind under the covered patio where we have the outdoor seating area of 6 person couch and an additional dining table next to the grilling area.

Bonus relaxation: In the evenings, roast marshmallows over the fire pit or sway gently in the hammock strung between trees - the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure.

Explore Saddlebrook: Tee off on the world-famous Saddlebrook golf course. We are located near holes 10-14 of the Palmer course (Contact the course personally for rates as they change seasonally.
