When we arrived to the studio, we notified the host that we were missing clean linens. We were told that the cleaning people would bring us some. No one ever showed up with any. The pillows were dirty and had stains. There is no bed. There is only a pullout couch, and the mattress is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! The host was uncaring and never responded to any of my text or emails regarding getting clean linens brought to us. At 5 o’clock this morning, there was random people having an argument out in the street because the area around this property is very unsafe and has lots of homeless around!!
