Conveniently located to shops and dining , grocery stores, hospital. County park across the street which has a basket ball courts and a skate park lots of fun for the kids. We are located off of rocky creek which leads out to tampa bay. Can fish this is brackish water. A car is suggested for getting around town.There are many attractions to keep busy with from beachs to parks, amusement and natural.

This property was extremely clean and well maintained. I believe it is a perfect spot for those who would like to enjoy everything Florida has to offer. Owner was kind amd responded quickly. No complaints at all, very pleased with the quality of my stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking to explore Tampa area.

great location for this vrbo
spacious house with lovely backyard along a creek and large balcony in the back of the house. My only issue is the furniture and beds-I developed a nasty backache from old mattresses and sofas-had to fold bedspreads for added support. Noisy highway traffic 1/4 mile away-especially motorcycles at 6:30 a.m. Lynda is a top host!!

Little oasis tucked away.
Owner was super easy for communication and nice. Responded promptly to any inquiries. Air conditioning and fans to suit all preferences. Sheets did tend to slip off the beds. Maybe some sheet suspenders would help. Hot water was a little spotty.

Very clean, good location
Thank you Lynda for allowing us to stay in your house. Upon entering I noticed this house was the cleanest rental we had ever been too. The yard was huge which the kids enjoyed. We fished in the backyard, hung out on the back balcany and had morning coffee, watched the ducks and turtles go by, and enjoyed the park across the street. While there, we drove the 15-20 minute drive to ybor city for the day and ubered to Raymond James stadium for a music festival. Any store you could possibly need was almost in walking distance from the house, but the house was sent back in a private driveway in a beautiful older neighborhood with big trees. This house was perfect for our family of 5 as we utilized one of the two available cots. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay here!

Pineapple House
The property was pretty cool! I would want to own it. There’s fruit trees in the front yard, body of water in the back, she has access to kayaks, there’s a boat ramp, easy access to the house, full kitchen, nice bathrooms. Plenty of space for a lot of people. And the owner was super communicative and nice with us. Thanks again!

Lynda is a great host who is a good communicator and responds quickly. The home has been very well maintained, was very clean and well equipped. The home is located directly across the street from a nice park that includes a skatepark. We had a great experience.

Great Place
This upstairs apartment was exactly as advertised. Great space for us and our 3 adult children. We were about 20 min in either direction of everything we wanted to do. (i.e. Busch Gardens, Ybor City and Soho Tampa). Place was spotless and communication was Great. There were even board games available if you have smaller children. We will for sure be using this property again next time we are in town!!

Our stay was really nice! When we first pulled up I was iffy, but upon our entrance into the home it was really nice and clean. I have a mild case of OCD and I couldn't find anything wrong or that needed cleaning. House was stocked with everything you would possibly need during your stay. We felt very comfortable and will definitely stay there again.

Very nice place!
We csme to Yampa for Christmas to visit relatives, and rented this place for some extra space. This property was great, set in a quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen was very nicely equipped to help make food for Christmas dinner. We had a great stay!

Location is on point!
Awesome house you feel right at home. The privacy was great. Beautiful property. My 4-year-old loved the back porch and the canal. Not to mention your literally 15 to 30 mins away from everything. Will definitely book again with Mrs. Lynda.

From start to finish my group had a great stay in this home. Very convenient location from 15 min Ybor and 35 min from Clearwater. The home was very clean with everything you need. The owner communicated very well and makes you feel at home.

A wonderfully peaceful and private paradise.
My adult kids and I found this the perfect place for a very special time we had planned together. The living quarters upstairs were clean, spacious and comfortable. The whole lower floor is used for garaging and storage, so we effectively had the house to ourselves. We loved the balcony, which runs the length of the house, where we could sit and watch ospreys, woodpeckers and the cardinal landing on the top of a dead tree nearby, watch the geckos warming themselves on the stones at the small river's edge, running along the bottom of the garden. I especially loved sitting out there in the early mornings and evenings, listening to the crickets and the fish jumping. The road on which the property is found is quiet, but close enough to walk to the stores, if we wanted and ideal for all major routes for our daytime outings. The owner, Lynda and her husband met us at the house with the keys, then left us alone to enjoy our stay. The kids and I will always have wonderful memories of our stay in Tampa, with the house, as our base, a perfect place to come 'home' to at the end of our excursions. We would highly recommend this property and the owners.

Everything you are looking for and then some!!!
We absolutely LOVED this home and its location. We cannot say enough about how immaculate the home was when we arrived. The owners were so helpful and made it so simple to check in and out. Secluded back yard to sun bath and we saw the neatest things being right on the river. Fish were jumping and birds were swooping down to catch fish. Very relaxing out on the big deck off the back facing the river. Home was in the best location. Close to airport, easy to get to Clearwater or out to Orlando. Close to a nice grocery store. Home was well equipped with everything you would need. Oh and did we mention the price!!!!!! THE BEST IN THE AREA!!!! Very reasonable and we thank you for opening up your home so we had a wonderful place to stay and a fabulous vacation. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts. Curt W..... Family Cindy C.
