Un Verdadero Basurero
Their listing says staff speak English. No they don't-it's a lie-the evening and the morning front desk staff spoke none and were a bit rude. The parking was free and on site but almost impossible to get into the spot-luckily I had a small SUV. It is difficult place to find even with GPS. The bedding was thin-essentially no cover. I e-mailed them twice after I left to check on an item I may have left and wrote it in Spanish-no response at all as expected-after all, this is Mexico, a 3rd world country.

Decepcionante.
No había colchas extras. Al solicitarla a pesar de ser habitación doble solo me dieron una frazada individual. Musica alta hasta las 6 am. Bloquearon mi auto 3 carros y no pude salir temprano, tuve que esperar a que se movieran poco a poco. La televisión no encendía Recepción no pudo resolver mis necesidades ni silenciar a los huéspedes con alta musica.

Llegué a recepción, indicando la reserva hecho por este portal. No me la respetaron, la persona que me atendió se mostró con actitud no adecuada, como si me estuviera haciendo el favor de darme una habitación. Se le marcó de este portal al hotel para pedir una explicación sobre por qué no respetaba mi reserva y precio, ella siguió en su posición. Este hotel no debe formar parte de esta página, ni promocionarse en este medio.

Mujer desagradable
Hay una mujer muy desagradable llamada Norma que da un servicio pésimo . Vive husmeando todo lo que hacen los huéspedes y regañando por todo . Deben quitar a esa mujer de recepción cuanto antes .

Todo muy bien. Tanto el cuarto como el lugar son excelentes, tiene buena vista y todo muy céntrico. Solo agregaría que hace falta que le den un poco más de mantenimiento a los mini split ya que se ven un poco descuidados, pero fuera de eso todo en orden.

Bueno, la limpiezq buena, pero falta luz en las habitaciones, además algún sillon, mueble u lo que sea para poner nuestras maletas, pues éstas siempre en el piso y eso creo que ahorita con la pandemia, no es nada bueno recordando que en los zapatos es donde traemos parte de virus, agregando tambien la falta de un espejo o peinador, pues tuvimos un evento social por alla y ni como checar nuestro arreglo personal por falta de espejo, no habia ni donde colgar los portatrajes

La recepcionista fuera!
Nuestra estancia en este lugar no fue agradable, la reservación fue por internet,nos dieron un código para hacer válido el precio y al llegar a dicho lugar la recepcionista no es amable (molesta,grosera y floja) molesta porque no le aparecía según a ella la recervacion, al dejar el depósito era de 100 pedos y nos dijo no tengo cambio así que voy a dejar los 200pesos, la TV no funciona se queda la pantalla en negro, hay mucho ruido, el aire acondicionado tira agua en la cabecera.
