"It's a nice hotel, Employees work extremely hard none stop for a lousy $200.00 a month. the problem is the lobby is very hot because of the electric very expensive. Bus loaded of Korean and Chinese arrive everyday and the Chinese extremely rude and loud. Looking at the hotel on the left is Virgo hotel every 5:00am the AC come on loud and vibrate entire left of side of Regalia Hotel, unable to sleep late. Do i recommend this hotel? "This hotel seems very new. It has a stylish design and interior. The rooms are well designed: bright and modern with good beds and a spacious bathroom area. The staff were all polite and helpful - they were kind enough to organise printing of some documents for us. Cleaning staff were very accommodating. The breakfast room also had a contemporary design. There were a limited range of cooked-to-order options, but there was a decent amount. Coffee was good, but tea would be better as separate bags...

"One thing I certainly have a problem with is that all of my personal information was photocopied and sitting out on the desk along with the personal information of others guests, right there in plain sight in a stack. Passport info, signature, home address, age, photo etc, just sitting right there on the desk. That’s what computers are for. Too many places in Vietnam ask for your passport information and don’t seem to think it’s important to keep it safe. "

"Our night bus arrived super early so most places were closed but luckily ours was open. Communal areas not very comfy or accommodating so we ended up sleeping on the beach on sunbeds after leaving the bags at the hostel. Communal area at the top was very dirty. Other than that it was a great area short walk to the beach and beds were comfy"
