"Secrets Akumal staff go way above and beyond to meet your every need. I’ve never felt so cared for and taken care of in my life! The hospitality they provide go beyond any expectation. I was never hungry! My concierge checked in with me regularly. She even would give me a menu of what was going on on the property daily. Just outstanding service. If you got lost, a staff member, any staff member, would walk you to your destination. It was a gorgeous resort. Swim up bar and swim up pool to our room was amazing! Food was top tier! Can’t wait to stay again! "

"This was my 4th visit here, and I love it every time. I came with my family the first time and fell in love with the resort. I tried another resort closer to the airport the next year and was missing CRT the whole time. I talked my girlfriends into coming back for a bachelorette long weekend and they all loved it as well. Later that year I brought my partner for our birthday week and had a great time again. This last time I brought my best friend for her birthday and she can’t stop thanking me for it! I love Love LOVE the CRT!! I’ll be back!"

I went in the middle of July, so it was really hot and humid. However, most areas except the lobby and sports bar have air conditioning. I totally recommend this resort for a chill and adventurous vacation."
